Blueberry Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

This blueberry peanut butter protein smoothie is delicious and so refreshing, especially during these summer months!

Ingredients:

1. One medium sized banana

2. One half cup of frozen blueberries

3. One tablespoon of peanut butter

4. A handful of spinach

5. One and a half cups milk of your choice

6. 1-2 scoops of our vanilla plant-based protein

Directions: Add all of the ingredients to a blender in this order: milk of choice, banana, blueberries, spinach, then protein powder. Blend until smooth (usually about 20-30 seconds) and enjoy! Adjust liquid depending on your desired consistency.
