Quality Standards
At Sound Sport Nutrition, we believe that the core of safe and effective products starts with the manufacturing company's quality standards. We are proud to inform our customers that all of our products are manufactured in the United States by a facility that holds the highest 3rd party certifications in the industry, which you can find below.
- NSF/ANSI GMP 455-2. These newly developed standards incorporate current GMPs and regulatory requirements in addition to best industry practices per retailer requirements.
- NSF 306 GMP for Sport. These new standards call for a more proactive and demonstrable oversight and control by the manufacturer to ensure that the facility is free from substances prohibited in competitive athletics.
- Informed Manufacturer. LGC’s Informed Manufacturer standard are focused on the facility’s ability to mitigate the risk of product adulteration and cross-contamination above and beyond the minimum requirements. With annual audits, equipment swabs for banned substances, raw material inventory review, and process evaluations, the certification allows for facilities to demonstrate their expertise in sports nutrition.
While we hope that you are purchasing your supplements through us, we do understand that you may be looking to other companies for other products we may not have. At the end of the day, wherever you are buying your products, it is extremely important that you know about the quality standards of the manufacturing company in which they are made.
