Enjoy this delicious and easy to make peanut butter banana protein smoothie!
Ingredients:
1. One medium sized banana
2. One tablespoon of peanut butter
3. One and a half cups milk of your choice
4. 1-2 scoops of our vanilla plant-based protein powder
5. One tablespoon of flax or chia seeds
Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender, milk first. Then blend for 20-30 seconds and enjoy! Feel free to adjust any of the ingredients above depending on your desired texture.
