An all-time classic! What's better than a strawberry banana smoothie? A protein packed strawberry banana smoothie, of course!
Ingredients:
1. One heaping cup of frozen strawberries
2. One medium sized banana - broken up into quarters
3. One and a half cups milk of your choice
4. 1-2 scoops of our of our vanilla plant-based protein powder
Directions: Add all of the ingredients into a blender in the following order: almond milk, strawberries, banana, then protein powder. Blend until smooth (usually 20-30 seconds) and enjoy!
